Can’t imagine how that’s going to play out with him. I imagine that in the past 2 weeks he’s picked up his mail and there wasn’t a “key” in his mailbox. Contacted the Rocklin, CA post office and was told to tell the buyer to look for a “key” (!*#) in his mailbox.
